The mask mandate was lifted in Texas. And this store continues to force you to wear one. I go into the Colorado stores and don’t wear a mask. I’ve been to this location twice and can not get the help I need. I also don’t like how we are being forced to switch to Tmoble.

I spent three and a half hours to find out that they didn’t have the phones I wanted in stock. So I went with one new phone but still wanted the two line’s. Needless to say when I finally left it was with one new with the old number. Now I have to call and try to get my old number. I have tried serveal phone providers and I can honestly say that the staff is incompetent and unfriendly. I will be going back to Verizon
