I enjoy shopping at Forever 21 and the staff is decently nice. But their policies are wack. I understand not trying on the clothes, but shoes? Seriously? It makes no sense. COVID or not. If people can’t try on their size of clothes, the least they can do is make sure the shoes they’re buying fit or they like the style on themselves. I mean people are still buying clothes and returning it anyways. It makes no sense. It’s ridiculous.

The worst place to shop all girls were rude couldn’t help and waited in line 25 min and the manager was talking to another girl acted like she didn’t see the line ,didn’t help the cashier, i walked out.never again will I enter that store.they need training.
