IF IT’S A MATTER OF LIFE OR DEATH,DO NOT GET PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE.YOU WILL DIE WAITING.I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago. I’ve had to call repeatedly after being left on hold for up to 15 minutes per call. They told me they were extremely busy.FOR TWO WEEKS?!If you’re a pharmacist, and you keep people waiting for two weeks, you’re not busy, you’re incompetent. Please resign and let someone step in that actually knows what they’re doing

I ordered a refill on a medicine for my husband on Tuesday, November 20. The person I talked to told me it would not be in until after 2:30 on Wednesday, November 21st. So I cam down there on Wednesday at 2:45, to find that you were CLOSED FOR A FOUR AND A HALF DAY WEEKEND! While I was there at least a dozen other people came by who wanted their prescriptions and were told the same thing.Your action in closing early without giving us advance notice, and not even having an emergency contact number available (I called both the Alpine Police and the Hospital to see if they could get ahold of the owner and have him/her call me) is irresponsible. People depend upon your establishment for medicines they need to maintain their health and even perhaps to keep them alive. When you tell a patient that a prescription will be available at a certain time, someone needs to be there at that time to sell it to them. My husband will be out of medicine on Friday, and will have a very miserable holiday weekend without it!If you are concerned about Wal-Mart and mail order pharmacies taking away your business, perhaps this irresponsible behavior is the reason why!

Good hamburgers. Not open on Saturdays, imagine that!
