This is the fanciest Target I have ever been to. There’s a parking garage underneath and they have their own “lobby” before heading up to the store. I’ve seen similar Targets in Chicago but I’ve never been to one.

Super Helpful and Friendly Staff!! I was looking for Method Soap that I got a sample of in my Target Beauty box. I had no idea where to go, saw an Employee and asked for help.The ice lady scanned it, walked me to where it was supposed to be on the shelf. When we saw the particular kind was no on the shelf, she searched her little machine to see they were in the back. She ran back there and got me a bottle, and made sure there were some on the shelf! Awesome Customer Service!! And I ended spending an hour in there because everything was on Clearance!!!

Target treated me like a criminal today for doing a simple exchange. After speaking to guest services (Representative Chaney) on the phone, and being told 3 different things, I went to Target to exchange an item for my son. Not only was I made to wait 25 mins, not only was every moment of my transaction scrutinized while other guest services representatives whispered amoung themselves looking in my direction as if I didn’t know they were talking about me, after the transaction, I was scolded by the customer service rep for even requesting an even exchange on a non-opened item with a receipt. As if following a store policy was a matter of going above and beyond. I don’t know who makes up the polices at this Target, but clearly this store needs a lesson in respect and gratitude for its customers.
