Printer didn’t work.

A very convenient location in Downtown to drop off packages. They are also open later than other UPS stores pre covid which made it nice. I have never printed labels in store, but they are always nice about taking my printed labels and fixing them to the package and taping my package up.

This UPS Store is a good place to drop off packages if you are downtown. It’s next to Jason’s Deli on McKinney between Main and Travis. It’s close to the MetroRail Main Street Square stations.I have always received good service at this location.

Previously visited to have shipping labels printed out. I was used to paying $1 per page, which is exorbitant to begin with. I would email the document(s) to the store and they would print in the back and bring it up to me. Now it’s self serve and theres a card swiper connected to the computer. The minimum charge is $3. $3 for one piece of paper printed in black and white? Also, why am I paying more when the staff does even less than they did before? $3 is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, did you know UPS requires an ID to ship? Like they’re DPS or something. FedEx and USPS do not require any sort of ID btw. Also, I was able to upload my document on Staples website and I’m going to pick it up tomorrow for a whopping grand total of . 21¢ Yay! Only giving two stars because of the staff not having anything to do with store policies, and being forced to do as much work as possible for the least amount of pay/benefits. These stores are all independently owned and operated
