Horrible experience. Sales person not really wanting to help. Manager on her phone the whole time. Found out this is a authorized dealer when I went to the att store on 1-40. A lot better service there. Don’t go here if possible.

We went to the AT&T store on Georgia in Amarillo Texas , a guy name Nick waited on us we transferred 4 telephones over to AT&T. Nick did a really good job helping us pick out phones . and in the process my husband transpose the numbers on his telephone number and we didn’t catch it until almost the end. Nick had to call and deal with people he could not understand ,he had to make several calls to get this corrected but he finally figured out a way. We are so thankful that he was willing to take the time he gave us excellent customer service.
