The sales staff was fine. They were happy to take my money but trying to get my furniture is like pulling teeth. I had to call them 4 times and I finally received 2/3rds of my order. I still don’t have a delivery date for my last 3 pieces and it has been 6 weeks since I placed my order. The delivery people were fine.

I bought a couch from there within a week it was falling apart. I showed the manager. Nothing was done. I couldn’t complain because I was an employee. They sell used mattresses to customers who are expecting new ones. We would pick up a mattress from a house and take it right to the showroom. If you buy a mattress make sure it is sealed in plastic when it gets there. If not it was probably used by someone else.
