If I could give a negative star I would. The UPS delivery driver blatantly lied about trying to deliver a package to my house stating that the customer refused delivery. He or she never came to my house, I have security cameras to prove it. Now I have to reorder my item which had already been delayed due to UPS screwups in Houston. FedEx is the only reliable delivery company out there these days. This driver really needs to be fired.
