On April 25, 2021, I had to go into the store for garments for an Elevation Ceremony that’s coming up. I spoke with Ms Elsie the day before and told her what I was needing and that I was stuck in traffic trying to get there. There store closes at 5:30 and I was still about 15 to 20 minutes away. Ms Elsie told me that she would hold the garments for me until the next day and for me not to worry. When I got there the next day she helped me to get fitted with the proper size and checked me out and I was on my way. I truly appreciate Ms Elsie for helping me. She made everything flow so smoothly and I am grateful. Not only did I leave the store with the proper garments, but I also left with a new friend.
