The store was great, but your employee Micah—absolutely rude for no reason. A man had two paper towels on the cashier belt and Micah goes “I only need one” to which I believe the man’s first language was not English so he asked “what?” And Micah replied with “I only need one, do you understand?” And the man takes a few seconds before he realizes what is going on and repeats what Micah said “oh! You only need one” to which Micah goes “Yeah, I shouldn’t have to repeat myself, do you understand”. I don’t care who you are and what day you are having, but talking down to someone over a misunderstanding in paper towels is just pathetic. Not just to a customer, but to any human being. Who do you think you are? Gross.

I love the Dollar Tree! From generic to name brands, you can find a variety of products. The best thing is when you spend $30 you have 30 items, not like the other store, despite the name, where everything is not a dollar.

Surprised to see bad reports about Micah.. Being a regular customer I actually prefer to get checked out by him. His product knowledge and how quickly he can ring me up is amazing! I definitely feel like he is misunderstood and doesn’t deserve the type of treatment he gets.
