Absolutely awfulWell, I did not asked to be charged 20% restocking fee. I drove my pick up to the store and backed it up and help carry the chair maybe 20 feet to my truck, when I brought it back I help carry another 20 foot. Now that is a restocking fee 20% from $4000. I only had that chair for a couple of days and I sit in it a total of three hours. And still paying for that chair each month out of my Social Security check and I don’t even have it. I ran a business for over 40 years and you cannot convince me that that was good business practice. Sad thing is my wife and I were going to buy a bed there. Yes I was aware if you bought of the floor you could not return, but why?? And only three hours of use in that chair, come on.Then 20% restocking fee when I was basically the one that re-stocked it?Just strongly believe that was not the way to do it bud.Well I know my husband will never go back in your store again, why are you asking me to come back? Are you ready to do the right thing and give us our $800 back??? My husband is paying $100 a month on that for eight months and has nothing to show-that was just the wrong thing to do.Don’t you feel guilty doing this to an elderly person like this? We were willing to do business with you until this inappropriate behavior stuff happened!
