Spectrum is not the easiest company to deal with, true. BUT! This particular location is just great: friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. Did I mention friendly? Yup, if you need spectrum service- this is a store to go. Thank you Angie and the manager (didn’t catch the name), you guys rock!

I usually don’t post info that might be too negative but unfortunately I have to this time. I know we are in a pandemic and everyone is trying hard; however, when you are the 1st customer in the store and the sales woman says, I am going to just take this one customer because my service will take a while, and then you take 4 more customers and when you are ready to help me and you have a face as if you don’t want to help and then when you do, you say in less than 5 min ‘oh sorry, I cannot help you or do anything about it’…well that just isn’t right. I am sure the actions of 1 individual does not reflect the actions of everyone else in this store or the establishment but if you have a problem on helping a customer, on a Sunday at 12pm, then don’t be working there and let someone else work or hire someone that wants to help others, especially during this pandemic. SPECTRUM, I do think you need to start evaluating the skills and professionalism of some of your workers…it would be sad to leave a service like yours and sign up with Verizon or another provider.
