Fast service for oil change

Bought 2 new tires and had them put on. They did a good job and employees were very nice. They just need more managers cus i had to wait about 30 min just to pay because the poor employee was could not help the people until he got a over ride from a manager and it took the manager about 30 min and 2 pages on the intercom before she got there.

Fixed my flat right away. Service was friendly and helpful! How ever, they change their hours with out letting customers know. Rude customer service. Needed a battery switched. Their hours on the door say 7:00. Was told by the manager Jennifer that lube center closes at 6 so could not exchange. This was on a weekday. Then told that they were short on staff so they closed early. Not my problem. These people acted like they did not care. It also took twenty minutes to get some one to answer phones. We ended driving another 22miles to Columbus tx and exchanged the battery with no problems.

I really don’t like going to the auto care center any more. Too many different people all the time. I did not have a good experience with them
