I’ve been with Tmobile for 11 years and love there customer service but not Towneast mall location. I’ve gone to this location twice to buy a new phone because I work near by and can’t get waited on. I know this is not T-Mobile standards. Very disappointed

Be careful and read what you sign. My wife and I were lead to believe we were doing a purchase which ads an extra amount you every month for the device. Unbeknownst to us we signed a lease on the phones and will never own the devices. BUYER BEWARE!!!! READ THE FINE PRINT!!!!!
