First time at this location. Will not be coming back. My brother is out on vacation and he works at another discount location. Soon as I got here. Lee is forcing a sale as he walks up to me and pretty much the whole time. I let him talk and I just listened. I scheduled an appointment to get balanced and rotation. He explained why I shouldn’t get rotation. Because I need new tires. Then after they brought the car in he had another reason why I shouldn’t get the balance. So at that point I’m not gonna stand there and play with the guy. Clearly manager is pushing them to sale but at least keep the customers you get. Especially new ones because they will come back. I got there at 10:30 and they managed to run me out of there before 10:50. Lee was a nice guy, just needs to learn how to take care of a customer needs instead of trying to sale on someone who is not in a financial state to purchase wheels and tires. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Look for a location and talk to honest people who actually help you in end.

I recently had a bad visit with a different Discount Tire but this one right here took care of me they know what a warranty means if you need any Tire work this is where you should go thank you again to Discount Tire forget me back on the road trucks looking good
