What can I say. The recent expansion was needed and allowed for less crowded shopping experience. A wide selection to choose from made it almost impossible to narrow down, but I know I’ll be back so not to worry. I was especially pleased to see the men’s collection is growing since my husband loves their 3 in 1 shampoos it was nice to select body mists as well. Overall great service and helpful staff. Will continue to make this my go to store for fragrances.

Worst customer service ever with worst attitude, very Unprofessional with rude employee & manager at cashiers to take care of exchanging my products. My products got badly damaged and the employee told me is not broken very upset of this problem that I have I’m not going there for a while.

The employees at this location are rude and dont know how to do their job. The one at convention center is better. I went and not a single person greeted me or handed me a shopping bag. There were two girls at the front of the store but didnt bother greeting guests, just talking about guys and their personal drama. I tried using a coupon that says free body care with ANY purchase, and the girl said I couldnt use it because what I wanted to purchase wasnt a body care item…I guess she doesnt know what the word “any” means…it wasnt an excluded item either (ex:gift set, accessories) i told her it says any purchase and she said no. She said i had to buy a body care item to get one free even though it doesnt say that anywhere on the coupon. So going to have to stop by the other location instead, they have more items there anyway, and Im always greeted and asked if I need help at that location.
