Mine was a simple request to replace a watch battery. Because it is considered a “premium” watch, a jeweler that sells that brand tried to charge me $100 for “lifetime battery replacement”. I walked out of there and came here the next time I came back to Auburn. This was exactly as you would hope and expect of a Jewry store. They were polite, pleasant, helpful, and fair in their pricing. Why bother to write a review for a battery replacement? Because I have come to appreciate that not all jewelers are the same.
