Big city artwork with small town charm.Cat at T&F is putting tattoos into the world that you’d expect to have to fly out to NY or LA for, without leaving Decatur. I could write volumes, but her portfolio honestly speaks for itself.Call or drop by to set up an appointment, as talent like this can be booked up for weeks (sometimes months). Absolutely worth it to wait instead of just swinging into whatever shop has walk-ins always open.
