It was quick an easy. I already knew what I wanted when I called and they were very quick yet patient with me. I’m very cautious about dealerships and getting my credit shotgun out there but I told them how many times max I was willing to let them run in and they did just that. They called me and got some info from me and I was approved right away. He was very direct an upfront about the details of the car before I went to pick it up, they were able to give me an estimate on my trade in before I arrived so when I got there, I just had to test drive, sign papers, and we were finished. I was able to drive away in my dream car. So I wanted to write a review on how easy the process was and how amazing their customer service was. Bravo Zulu.
