My boyfriend and I went in the store on Friday May 14, 2021. We enjoy looking at all the nice and cool things they have. But what makes it a bad experience. Are the staff. You have rude cashier’s including manager’s or supervisors. Whatever you want to call them. Whatever your position is or your seniority. You don’t treat customer’s in that manner. You should know better. You don’t talk to people in a certain way or answer back in a certain tone. So anyways we were checking out. The young lady who was checking us didn’t even say hi , how are you doing? Did you find everything okay? Nothing!!!! We were leaving and she didn’t say thank you for coming or have a great day. What kind of customer service is that. Well they don’t have any. So my point they need to be retrained on customer service. Need to stop hiring young kids who don’t have or know anything about good work ethic.
