This location is extremely convenient as it is right on Old Country Road. I have been to this location several times and all of the employees are helpful. Recently I used the fax machine in the Print and Mail center for the first time and Mike J is EXTREMELY helpful. He asked what we needed done(printing from a usb drive and then to fax it). He explained the steps and said that if we needed his help to just call for him(we did 2-3 times). He helped us out with payment and making sure the fax went through. If you need help, be sure to ask for Mike J.

The Print & Marketing Production Supervisor MIKE did an excellent color printing job for me. He is very knowledgeable, smart, patient, good manners and he just focuses making customer happy. After getting to know his type of work, I kept coming back for more printings and became a customer at this location. And I live in Queens.
