I’ve been to this Panera a few times lately & lately they’ve been out of bagels…. how does a bagel place run out of bagels? Someone isn’t doing their job right. I will no longer be wasting my time going

This location is due for a remodel, the cushions in the booths sink down. The last few time going here the tables were dirty. Enjoy their vegetarian soup whenever they have it on the menu.

My coworkers and I order from here frequently. Most of the time there are no problems. However, the most recent order we put in was messed up. My wrap included toppings that I specifically requested not be on there due to a food allergy. My coworker didn’t get some of the toppings she ordered. We called to have it fixed, and the management was very rude. They blamed it on the DoorDash driver, then on us for saying we didn’t order it right, when we in fact were looking at the receipt of how the food should have been made. It took one of us going all the way down there to have the order fixed. I really expected more because I loved eating here, but my coworkers and I are just too disappointed with the terrible customer service we received to continue eating here.
