Our deck materials were delivered bright and early this morning by a very happy and professional gentleman named Rey. He helped move items around on the concrete pad so the lumber could be in the dry area and very carefully unloaded to protect our limited landscaping. It was a joy starting the morning with this delivery.It should also be noted that this order was placed in-store as there were several questions about materials and price. While names escape me, the staff was helpful and sincerely cared to make my experience a warm and personalized interaction. Everything ordered was lower in price except for two items and they took the time to competitively price match both. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and will certainly be back. Thank you McCoy’s in San Marcos!!!

Trying to follow up with a window I ordered it was made 6 inches too big keep calling the San-marcos location been talking to employee name Ryan it feels like he no help he said they emailed the company that no answer so I guess thats it he basically no help might need to call coparate
