The Fort Payne Sally beauty is way more better than the Scottsboro. I recently got married and I was looking for a hair dye to cover my roots. I never buy hair dye from Sally beauty since it was for my wedding I wanted to get something better for my hair. I went to the scottsboro cause it was closer. The manager there was very rude and didn’t want to help me. So I went to fort Payne. The best customer service I ever had please ask for Morgan she really took the time to match up my roots and was so sweet about everything thank you because of her I will definitely come back for more beauty supplies what an amazing experience
