They only want your money no concern about what kind of quality furniture they are selling. You will be paying just as much as name brand products except for you will be getting brands you’ve never heard of that are of poor quality before you get the items paid off they will be trash.

Poor customer service is absolutely inexcusable in a sales-driven industry. We came into this store yesterday afternoon (door chime was functional). There were no salespeople in sight, although we could hear at least two people talking to each other in the back offices. We had done our research online and were ready to purchase complete living room, dining room, and mattress sets. We were in the store at least 20 minutes identifying the items we had chosen. NOT ONE salesperson came out to greet or assist us so we left and went home to do more online research. Corporate should definitely be made aware of this behavior. Today we went to Badcock and bought all the items on our list. Lauren and all staff members were friendly and professional. Cost more, but peace of mind is priceless.
