I love having a grocery store, not a mega super market in the neighborhood. It’s got everything I want and need and more. If I need something exotic I’ll go to the Central Market on Broadway. I never need anything exotic!The staff is so friendly and available to answer questions or give directions to items. Most of the time they take me to it, even the stockers. Parking is never hard and the spaces have plenty of room.Now that the pandemic is waning I wish they’d go back to closing at 12 am again. I don’t get off work til 10 and getting there by 11pm can be hard. Having said that, I get no dirty looks or indifference when I arrive at 1045pm. I love my neighborhood HEB.

Store has good number of varieties of food products, etc. Rates are also reasonably well priced. One can get more varieties of vegetables, fruits, liqour, medicines, milk products, spices, etc. in comparison to other competitors. Staff is good but more attended counters are needed. As people get products as reasonable price, they tend to buy more items. Company is harnessing well people’s mentality.

My HEB is the greatest…however..the one star they lack…is at the checkout line…Cashiers are not informing people in line to keep their SOCIAL DISTANCE…which has led me to almost make a scene unnecessarily… Until this Pandemic is resolved..they need to speak out. Regularly..
