I just want to give a shout out to Paul T at this AT&T location. He helped us out last night with adding a line to my account. He treated me basically like he has known me for years. I have been in customer service for over 20 years, and would rank Paul as one of the top five in customer service that I’ve ever seen. He went well out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer with AT&T. They definitely need to hang on to this guy. Big props to Paul for making my experience easy, fun, and affordable. 110% satisfied customer right here ♂️

Totally satisfied with the friendly and professional service I received from Brian at this location. He set up my new phone, taught me how to use it, cleared my old one, and had it shipped to AT&T for credit towards my new one. His friendly demeanor and conversation made the waiting pleasant. My family and I will be back to this location for sure. As a loyal customer with sprint for 19 years, not once did I receive the friendly attention that is so lacking in customer service. Bye bye Sprint and Hello AT&T!
