I had just moved to El Paso, at this store I had one of worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I waited for 25 minutes when there was 4 employees on the floor. Two left and the only two made me wait even longer. When I was finally helped, I only went for a charger and they offered no options and gave me the most expensive one and then prodded me for details. I only wanted to buy this and leave and I asked if they needed more information just to buy one thing? They kept trying to sell stuff to me, which I understand it’s their job but I waited a long time and told them that I was in a hurry and I was the only customer in the store. They gave me attitude, when I told them I do not want to make any changes to my account. I asked for my receipt and the girl rolled her eyes and the guy went to get it and as I was leaving both employees preceded to give me dirty looks the whole way to my car until I left. Not only was the wait long I’ve never had anyone be so rude to me. I’ve been to several t-mobiles and this was the worst. I felt unsafe leaving.

Went to this location to upgrade my phone. The price for the line should’ve remained the same, being that I had just finished paying off my cell phone. Not once did the agent ask me if I wanted to add insurance. Received my first bill, and the line that I upgraded went from 52.00 to 75.00. So I opened up my bill. The Tmobile agent that assisted me with the upgrade took it upon himself to add insurance to the line as well. So I was billed a pro rated charge for the adding insurance that I NEVER REQUESTED along with full month charge. I had walked into this location about 5 years ago, when I started to look for a new provider. The agent that assisted me back then decided to open up 5 lines. Didn’t find out a had an account with them until I received my bill. Hadn’t even switched from my current provider. The “agents” at this location will SLAM YOU. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN GOING TO THIS LOCATION. BETTER YET, DONT GO TO LOCATION AT ALL, unless you you’re with paying a higher rate!!
