We walked into Carvel to ask if they had something specific and unfortunately the young lady had such a bad attitude she threw her phone down on the counter because she had to make my husband a cup of ice cream. She was rolling her eyes at his questions and it just turned him off so he didn’t want the ice cream anymore and you lost a sale. Such a shame. Her name was Natalie.
