It should not take over an hour to find 4 seats together.

I am REALLY unhappy with this ticket purchase experience online. I found the 2 perfect seats I wanted and clicked to purchase them. Centertix asked me to log in and I did using the correct password. But CT insisted it was the wrong password and I had to reset it. So I did. But when it directed me back to the site, my desired seats were now “in transition” and I couldn’t purchase them even though they were in transition for me! So I had to purchase less desirable seats because the concert is almost sold out and I don’t want to end up without any seats! Very annoying. And CT is closed so I can’t call to get it fixed. Sigh….

Selecting seats for shows at the Atwood in Anchorage is incredibly tedious. There’s nothing quick pick about the process. Even if you select a particular show time it’ll list all available seats without the map for cross reference, and instead of allowing you to just select the options you want, it makes you remove all the seats you don’t want, across multiple days you never selected! It should not take over an hour to find 4 seats together. argh.

This is one of those services that is designed for the convenience of the vender not for the customer. Recommend that you find another form of entertainment unless you have the schedule and the extra time for an in person trip to the CenterTix office. This is not a user friendly service.
