Nicole was very helpful and a delight to be around! She was very personable and very very helpful at the same time! We do not stay in Alabama year round because we travel. But when in town we will use her storage facility bc she is so good at what she does!!! She makes you feel so at home here in Alabama. Sure does make me want to stay all year round.

Nicole and Tabitha were great!! They provided excellent detailed service. Their efforts made the experience better for sure. The facility is also new and very well maintained.The only issue I have is the access and exit pad. You have to exit your vehicle to punch the code in. They need to extend the punch pad so you can stay in your vehicle. When your in a hurry, and especially during a move, getting out and in the vehicle is so annoying. You can also see where everyone has hit the concrete curb trying to reach the pad.
