We went on a Saturday and my daughter tried a few dresses for the homecoming, she finally found a beautiful dress, and we paid in full. They said it would be about a week before the dress would come in. I received a call 3 days later, the dress had come in. The service we received was fantastic, the staff is patient and extremely helpful. I cannot express how pleased we are. The dresses are beautiful and they have fantastic pricing. I’m so over the moon to have found this shop!

We came on a walk in basis, excited to try on Quinceañera dresses. This being our first visit in general, our starting point in this exciting new journey and we were turned back and asked to make an appointment. The place was empty, 2 ladies in the store. One went to ask the other if we could try on dresses and was told no. When we asked why, she said because we need an appointment and they had one coming up at 330pm. It was 3:40. They were obviously late! And we stayed there a good 10 minutes after, no one arrived and before we left, the lady who refused us service cuz she had an appointment, left. We were disappointed. We made an appointment that most likely will not be a show up as well.
