I needed to return a laptop, and was emailed a copy of the label. The girl at the counter told me that I had to pay to use the computer to print the label out. She did not inform me that the computer is from 1992, runs slow, and will charge you per minute to use it. The ups print label icon was not working. She said that I had to access my email to retrieve the label. I told her it was ridiculous to charge to use to a computer that didn’t work to print a label that was already paid for. Not to mention the computer is really slow and will rip you off. Please save your money and go elsewhere with better customer service. The girl got an attitude with me when I told her that it was ridiculous to be charging to print a label.

This location is good for drop offs only if you have a prepaid label already printed and applied to your package. The UPS store I normally go to in Irving only charges $1 but this store charges $2.10 for printing a 8.5”x11 page!
