Here’s a helpful tip for visiting the showroom…La Nova is best for architects, designers, and builders. I have found that it’s important to know: the square footage needed, if the space is indoor/outdoor, if it’s a wall or floor, do you need big tiles or small tiles. Do you have samples of other items in the same space – paint samples, fabric samples, etc.All of these things will help during your appointment. And oh! Yes, appointments are necessary as everyone is always in meetings when you arrive.La Nova really has the most unique high end tile in Houston, so I hope these tips help you have an experience as good as I’ve had. Their selection really is incredible.

Addendum in response to owner’s reply…With all due respect you have your facts wrong. The tile was in stock 1 day prior to placing order, I was never told otherwise. I was told by Miguelina they pulled tile allocated to me because came up short on another project. Miguelina never communicated, only found out when tried to place order. Did not have the decency to call me, just a curt email.In addition, the contractor working with can attest to this. He couldn’t believe how things were handled and doubt he will be doing business with you folks in the future as well.I do not recommend this business and the reason why is we picked out tiles and evolved everything around that choice. I was told in stock, my contractor met with them and right before ready to pick up was told they did not have in stock and would not have for 6-8 weeks. Not cool when project starting the following week. Miguelina basically pulled the rug out from under me to service another customer. Truly not ethical when you have already committed.It was not a good experience working with Miguelina as showed no regrets when she did this, did not even have the wherewithal to call me in person. Additionally, during the process hard to get a return call and follow-up. Definitely not a professional way to conduct business.
