I went into this store recently, for the first time. I was looking for better skin care products. Ones that were actually pure, and healthy for my skin. Catherine was incredible! She was able to confidently answer every one of my questions. The products have been AMAZING so far and I can’t wait to go back and learn more from her! She’s a beauty guru and helped me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this store. If you go, ask for Catherine!

I always have a pleasant shopping experience when shopping at this Ulta. There is an employee at this location that stands out to me and exceeds all of my needs providing with the best, personable, outstanding, knowledgeable, kind, customer service. Her name is Catherine. She is just great. Very well spoken and all around helpful. This Ulta isn’t the closest one to me, yet I return to this location each time because of her. She navigates me through the store helping me find anything I am looking for, with kind willingness. She is always able to answer any and all of my questions and/or concerns and makes me feel so comfortable with what I am purchasing. I am a huge fan of the KYLIE and KKW products, and each time I come in she remembers that and guides me to any new releases that have come out since my last visit. I am all around a fan of Ulta but it surely helps being provided with exceptional customer service by an employee. Catherine is definitely an A+ employee and I recommend asking for her during your next visit to Ulta just to find out for yourself.
