Been shopping for sectional. Went to multipe stores. Finally found one we liked at Standard. Manager wouldn’t let us look at one in warehouse that was available for take home. We decided to go ahead and purchase it. They had free delivery but wanted to tack on $50 to bring it in house. Young saleslady was polite and helpful but it just seemed odd. We chose to go elsewhere because of trying to sneak the $50 on bill.

Purchased a nice reclining sectional. When I received it, it had been damaged. The store manager, Scott, handled the issue extremely well and promptly made arrangements to replace the couch I received. Awesome customer service and a great piece of furniture for a great price.

My grandmother bought me a recliner from Standard because usually they have great furniture. One year and a few months later recliner breaks and I have been given a run around about having it fixed. I do know that I will have to go through another company for extended warranty but when I have called the store two different gentlemen have been very rude. The main one said he is the person over all the store managers…poor customer service.
