Lost my husband’s $3,500 wedding band. Might have mailed it to a different store, but we will find it . . . Not the first time this happened in 2019 they lost my wedding set too. Unfortunatly, we started business in Georgia where the customer service was a lot better, not to take away from how our situation was handled. It was evident that both the Ladies that helped us with the situation were embarrassed.Impressed we are not.
