Not a very knowledgeable staff. One even made a suggestion that I was looking to get the cheapest thing available even if it’s not right. Went right down the road (literally half a block away) to AutoZone. Walked in with the same battery. The women behind the counter went right to the comparable battery and it was $30 cheaper than the wrong battery Advance was trying to push on me.

If you can’t tell them make model and year of vehicle these people are useless. May as well replace them with a kiosk the two people that I talk to had no real knowledge of Auto parts, and I seriously doubt they have ever worked on a vehicle. Another customer came in while we were there with an alternator. when the customer told the parts counter person it came off of a boat the parts counterperson didn’t even try to help him from that point forward.
