I’ve been a loyal customer to GNC for years now but my interaction with Javi (the assistant manager) made it exceptionally great. I had bought a product that had to ordered, since it wasn’t in stock but after a month I never received it. After calling customer care and getting absolutely nowhere (they were no help!), I went back to the store and Javi went out of his way to get what I was promised. Thanks for the help! Moving forward I will continue visiting this location with Javi.
