I’m not one to write bad reviews – I wish this store would hire at least one more person because let’s face it – in the digital age we live in it’s a sense of urgency to buy products locally. That’s why we customers over pay at the local leslies stores. I have been putting off servicing my pool because for three days in a row there is a sign in the door “Gone be back soon.” At least put a time on there, please. Us customers would just like the store to be open during business hours.

I came into the Irving tx store on Belt-line rd and forgot my mask. A store employee ask me if I had one and I replied not with me. I left the store and came back with my mask. The store makes no reference that the mask is mandatory but they act like it is. All customers are wearing some type of covering as well as employees.However, the following day I purchased some products and one of the customers was not wearing a mask. All other customers were. When it was my turn to be waited in I asked the employee why he did not ask that customers if he had a mask. His admitted he did not practice due diligence. Also noting that this clerk did not cover his nose. I asked him why and he said he has a condition.My observation was the maskless customer was a big man and I suspect he did not want to confront him.Be careful in this store as they do not follow their own guidelines.
