Dealt with Tom a bit and he was very kind and informative but the majority of our interactions were with Patrick. He was professional and patient. I have a lot of back issues and he worked diligently with us to find us the right bed. He ended up having to stay late just to make sure I was picking the best bed for my issues. Excited to receive my new bed. Would recommend Patrick to anyone without a doubt!
