Order was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It just got here, and looks nothing like what I paid $100 for. Was told it was out for delivery yesterday…and that is exactly what it looks like….that it has been out for delivery since yesterday. Flowers are wilted, water is dirty, and nowhere near the size of the bouquet shown on FTD. Walmart has better looking bouquets for $20. They lied to FTD and said they delivered it yesterday, and didn’t even apologize for being late…let alone the terrible condition of their product. Look at the pictures to see what I order -vs- what I got.

I’m very impressed with how fast the service at Sophia’a Flowers is. I entered a last minute order late at night for a funeral I had to attend and they had the flowers ready early the next day. I also requested a different vase for the floral arrangement and I’m very happy they were able to do this change for me. Not only did the flowers look beautiful but they also smelled so fresh! Definitely will continue ordering from them
