Extremely disappointed. I placed my order over the phone for a spray for a classmates funeral specifically stating that the ribbon needed to have our school colors and class year. Fortunately a classmate stop by the funeral home only to discover spray was delivered but did not have a ribbon. She dropped by Maxine’s only to be told they don’t put ribbons on sprays and that she was not told that in the order. She, ( I believe her name was Linda) did not try to make the order correct nor sympathetic. Troy is a small town and normally known for being close community . Even though I don’t live there anymore I felt like I could trust this business to handle this sensitive time . There was no customer service , did not respond to e-mail etc. So in my opinion your are better ordering from the other flower shop in Troy.

We are not from Troy and sent flowers to a funeral service from this florist based on reviews. I’d like to add my 5 stars as the flowers were beautiful and they were there on time. We were glad we chose Maxine’s because others ordered through the funeral home’s web site and did not have their flowers delivered. Thank you for a beautiful arrangement.
