My daughter and I had the best experience at David’s Bridal in Waco. From the greeting at the front door to the helpful ladies who took my daughter’s wishes for color and design and looked all over the store to find what she was looking for. We tried on multiple dresses and found the perfect one. Then we had the joy of meeting the seamstress. She was so fun and measured the dress with so much accuracy. We picked up her prom dress today and it fit like a glove. Thank you David’s Bridal we will definitely be back.

David’s Bridal Alterations experience was the worst, after telling the lady on the phone that I was pregnant and that I need the dress let out a little, she scheduled an appointment for me. We drove 45 minutes out of town to get there only to immediately be told that they cannot let the dress out any without even looking at the dress and that I would need to order a different dress. When I bought the dress, I ordered two sizes up and they told me I could alter it as the date got closer if need be because I was pregnant and I wasn’t sure what size I would be. Why couldn’t they tell me on the phone instead waisting all my time driving to get to an appointment after work during the week.I’m going to try some different places and see if they can come up with any better options for me instead of spending another $200 on a dress.Also the associate was incredibly rude when I lowered my mask for a second because I’m pregnant and it is hard to breath in the mask. Note this is May 26th, 2021, the mask mandate has been lifted and I was being a nice person wearing it in the first place.
