My order was not delivered because there was not enough drivers. I appreciate that I was contacted that my order would not be delivered. However, I would love to receive my refund or a confirmation of a refund. It has been 5 days since I place order. I have tried calling multiple times. You have failed to perform the service and are therefore required to return my funds due to lack of performance. I need to be contacted ASAP.

STAY AWAY! DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Very disappointed on the quality of this location and the representation of the company itself, a family member sent me an arrangement for my birthday and when I received it, the part of the fruit arrangement was fallen and broken on the plastic that covers the arrangement itself, the note was BLANK! Absolutely nothing on it, I had to call the location to get the representative to tell me who they were sent from OR if there was a message even sent, his response was the printer was out of ink and they were not able to print the message on the card, I asked if he could email me what it said he said he didn’t have that option, the best he could do was read to me what it said on the phone and that even since he didn’t speak Spanish and the message was in Spanish, absolutely so unprofessional. That was just the beginning, when I ate some of the strawberries covered in chocolate the chocolate either was burned as covered or was old expired chocolate, NEVER will I do any business with this location!

Awful. Ordered an expensive arrangement for a friend’s baby shower and it did not remotely resemble the photo. It looked like it was slapped together last minute and several of the products were substituted for less quality items that looked nothing like the picture or description. What we ended up with was something I could have done myself (which is not saying much) and for a third of the cost. Very disappointed.
