I gave this 1 star because can not give it zero stars. I went there today at 9:30 AM to donate several boxes of items. The overhead door was open and I backed my pickup to the door to unload the truck. The woman standing at the door immediately yells at me and tells me I can not drop off donations until 10 AM. I explain to her that the web site says they open at 9:30 and that I had driven from Waterloo just to drop off my donations. She said she didn’t care. I asked if I could set the items just inside the door and she again yelled at me and said no and walked away. I will never donate to this store again. I was trying to do a good thing by donating but apparently this person didn’t care.
