Over all my experience with the moving company was positive. The movers were quite late, as others have mentioned, but the move was fast and the movers they sent were very friendly and took good care of my items. I saw another review mention having an issue with the fact that they sent a woman to help move, but they sent a woman for my move as well and I can tell you that she easily lifted more furniture than any man I’ve ever seen, so I’m not sure why that would be an issue for anyone.The total cost for my move was $250, and with just about any other company it would have easily been $350-$400+ so the fact that they were late is a minor issue for me considering how much cheaper they are than other moving companies.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value The mover will steal your boxes. Make sure you check the Truck after Movers finished. The Movers will call extra help that will load your Items in their Car. That don’t work for Company. The Owner will not answer the phone when you call to make a complaints

No show after confirming the moving timeMark had fixed up time for Sunday 11-2pm to arrive for moving at my location. He confirmed this over the SMS.Come Sunday I call him (on same number that he texted me) at 11:30 to get an ETA, and he puts down my phone saying wrong number. Later I text him or leave him voicemail – no response. No one arrived and I had to postpone my move.It is unfortunate such people bring down trust and go about doing business in such unprofessional way. Not giving information ahead of time.Leaving the entire family stranded and having to look for other options at the last moment.Hope they improve and earn’s people trust and get better in their business.
