I’ve had both employees. The female set me up on a bundled phone and wifi plan. She was nice. This past Sunday, the male (don’t know names), gave me the phone deal my email told me about. I brought my 16 year old son in. The employee called him sir, so polite. It made us feel very important. 🙂 We appreciate the good service we receive at ATT

Had a bad experience today. Went in hoping to get my phones unlocked. I walked in and the employee immediately told me to wait my turn. Didn’t say hello or anything. So I waited and waited. He finished with the customer then asked why I was here. I explained that I needed my phones unlocked and he just said we don’t do that here and walked away. Just overall poor customer service. I understand not being able to do it but making it so clear that they don’t care was just irritating
