We came all the way from Watauga to visit this location and it was worth it. They have a good variety of chics and plenty of staff on hand to assist with your everyday needs. I’ve always enjoy coming in TS because if you build it, raise it, feed it, they will probably have the tools and supplies to help you complete the job. But all that is good and all but the GREAT! is, is it possible to be so nice and courteous. Yes, yesterday closing team and I think he’s the manager made my shopping experience beyond pleasant. I felt 2 inches taller because he cares about his customers and it shows. I wish I remember your name but my wife and I won’t forget your face. Thank you for helping us with our exchange and getting us what we wanted.

I went to the Roanoke location (stay with me) looking for a Cub Cadet Zero Turn and the lady helping me (Amanda) found they didn’t have one. Amanda then took the time to search for one at other TSC stores. I was in luck when one popped up at the Denton TSC store.The next day I drove to Denton and met the manager (Jeremy) who personally took the time to answer my questions and concerns. No matter what I said Jeremy had a positive response. Needless to say I made the 3k purchase on the spot! Since it was Veterans Day I received a nice little discount which was awesome and much appreciated that TSC looks out for vets…So today I picked up my new mower and another manager (JC) hooked me up with a trailer to get my mower home and made sure I had all my questions answered.So in closing I want to thank Amanda, Jeremy and JC for going above and beyond for a retired paw paw. You have gained a customer and I truly appreciate ya!!

Be aware that they don’t have propane services anymore. I didn’t even know it’s a thing but they stopped offering propane tanks or refills for some reason. I drove all the way out there to disappointment. This should be a standard offering.
