I came into this UPS very upset at charter because they had sent me to two other stores that weren’t even open. I was trying to send back a DVR and there were no Charter stores in the area. Charter told me I could just take it to UPS on 3rd Street S in Gadsden and give them a code and they would send it back for me. This is not the case with all UPS places. Melissa, that works at the store was very helpful. She explained not only to me but the man on the phone from Charter how it works with sending back something like this. She also explained to the man on the phone from Charter, that Charter had me riding around Gadsden and the surrounding areas for a long time hunting places that don’t exist. Melissa was able to talk with the supervisor at Charter and resolve the situation. I want to say thank you to her, and let her know that I appreciated her help.
